Mortal Shell II Build Planner

Choose a goal and stage, then connect a Shell, main weapon, sidearm, Tarstone focus, Seal, and play preferences. Results stay categorical and evidence-labelled.

What it answers

Which Shell and equipment fit the way you want to play?

The planner groups matching Shells into direct, conditional, and insufficient-evidence results. It uses player-declared context instead of a hidden numeric rating.

Use the interactive goal, stage, Shell, main weapon, sidearm, Tarstone focus, and Seal form. It returns role fit, documented pairings, progression warnings, Patch 1 state, confidence, and useful next links—without fake DPS.

Build inputs

Match a role, not a fake power score

Goal and stage are required. Shell and equipment choices are optional; leave them open to compare role groups.

1. Goal
3. Play preferences (up to two)

Result preview

Choose a goal and stage

The planner will group Shells by direct fit, conditional fit, and evidence gaps. It never calculates DPS or turns incomplete data into a universal ranking.

Method

How the planner reaches a result

  1. 1. Match the declared task. Goal and preference tags select compatible role observations.
  2. 2. Apply stage context. Early-game choices receive a warning when available testing describes high investment.
  3. 3. Check exact pairings. Equipment combinations appear only when the current evidence names the same Shell and equipment.
  4. 4. Check Tarstone focus and Seal. A focus guides verification; it never substitutes for the current in-game effect.
  5. 5. Add developer changes. Balance Patch 1 notes are shown without extrapolating a new rank or damage total.
  6. 6. Use the weakest evidence level. A community pairing never becomes official merely because a developer patch affected its weapon.
FAQ

Build Planner questions

Does this Mortal Shell II planner calculate DPS?

No. Complete current damage, defense, posture and status formulas are not documented well enough for an honest DPS result.

Are the suggested builds official?

No. Developer patch facts and community-tested role observations are presented separately, with the weakest visible evidence level applied to the result.

What happens when a pairing is missing?

The planner returns a neutral evidence gap. It never treats an undocumented combination as a bad or incompatible build.

Can I share or save a build?

Yes. Copy a query-string link or save up to five presets in this browser. Presets are not sent to a server.
